Cotton Mill Building Apartments

(currently in Schematic Design)

Originally built in the late 1800's as a knitting mill, this three story, 28,000 square foot building is being designed to accommodate 22 loft style apartments and approximately 1,600 square feet of commercial space. A new two story addition is also being designed to accommodate another 12 apartment units constructed over surface parking.
